Ronan expertise lies in AV and production, and all of our events benefit from his experience in this area. Ronan is also undoubtedly one of the most experienced and successful event professionals in the area of awards ceremonies. He has a broad range of experience including Association Conferences, Incentive Travel and Corporate Events. He is currently the Chair of the Association of Irish Professional Conference Organisers and was previously a member of Failte Ireland’s Business Tourism Working Group. Ronan enjoys a flat white and has dreams of returning to sailing on Dublin Bay.

Susan is a veteran of the Irish hospitality industry, having experience in management roles in PCO, DMC and the hotel sector for 30 years. Susan excels in client liaison and stakeholder management and brings creativity, an unerring eye for quality and that essential “attention to detail” to every event. Career highlights include Ryder Cup 2006, the World Flower Show 2014 and the award-winning Adventure Travel World Summit in 2014. A self-confessed foodie, Susan embraces all elements culinary, be it menu selection and tastings for projects or trying new Ottolenghi recipes. Susan is at her happiest on the tennis court!

Cliodhna is a thorough and professional Project Manager. An honours graduate in Sociology from the University of Kent in the UK, Cliodhna then went on to complete a Diploma in Event Management at the Fitzwilliam Institute. Cliodhna worked in the financial services sector for 14 years, leading many successful projects and her experience in this sector has a significant impact on her current role as she is our financial and statistics expert. Her proficiency in logistics is second to none and Cliodhna also has excellent working knowledge of our registration software. Cliodhna’s career highlights include managing the 4th and 5th International Conferences in Youth Mental Health in Dublin, 2017 and Brisbane, 2019 respectively. In her free time Cliodhna enjoys playing tennis and baking!

30 years + experience in Event Management. Career highlights include the management of the visit of HRH Prince Charles the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall to Ireland. The Irish Tourism Industry Awards 2019. Sarah is our most experienced Project Manager and she oversees the processes and systems that we have in place for each event.

Felicitas has graduated with a degree in Tourism and Travel Management, specialising in Event Management and focused specifically on the MICE sector and business events. Additionally, she has received a Diploma in Project Management and has experience in both DMC and PCO. She is a German national who speaks German and English as well as some Spanish and is learning BSL (British Sign Language). Felicitas loves going to live music events and artisan markets and enjoys Zumba.

Marta is joining the Advantage team for a 6-months internship as part of her Event Management course at TUD and will be supporting both the DMC and PCO departments.
